Son of Joseph Fleming and Ann Frances (nee Smith) Prevatt. Charles Curling Prevatt married Ernestine Horn on 14 Aug 1889. To this union, Ruby Lee Prevatt Faircloth was born.
Inscription: The stone is so badly damaged that the few lines are not decipherable. The marker is not far from the entrance nearest the Baptist church building.
